VERIFICATION IS OVER!

Today from 12:00 to 15:00 GMT, during the regular update of our website, all the accounts that didn’t pass verification will be blocked. Also during the next update, this is planned on 14-17th of December; all the blocked accounts will be deleted from the active database.

WHAT TO DO if you didn’t pass verification yet?

For everyone who didn’t verified his account:

1. You should prepare an application request (in free form) verified with your signature. In the application please specify the reason for account unblock and also, write there your e-mail, which was used for registration or a new one. To some you have an access.

2. Prepare scanned Identity Card (for authentication the account holder's signature)              

Connect to support service or a branch department, to receive information on current balance of your account.

  1. In case of your balance is less than 50 Euro – you will have to refill it on the missing amount of 50 Euro or less, to make it 50 Euro or more.
  2. After receiving the funds on the account (if necessary) – you should send all needed documents to the support service / branch department / service center and we will unblock your account.
  3. During the next 48 hours you must complete the verification. Otherwise, your account will be blocked again by the system.

WHAT TO DO if you have no possibility of passing verification till the dates specified?

All the accounts haven’t passed verification until 14-17th of December – will be deleted. However partnership renewal will be available through the NEW registration.

For partnership renewal – you will make a new registration with the same sponsor. And after that, fulfill the conditions of paragraphs 1-6 of this message.

In this case, registration date will be the date when you started work with a company, primary registration date will be set and “Moneybox” program bonus will be restored.
